Chair yoga has been developed to meet the growing demand for aging population, anyone who have limited mobility, and office yoga is helpful in relieving stress in our lives.
This practice can be done either sitting on one chair, two chairs, or using a bench. Sequencing will start with standing poses, and end with sitting on the chair(s).
