Dear Friends & Yogic,

You are not alone. We can pull through this crisis.
Many people have never felt so much fear, uncertainty and anger in their lives. Due to the restrictions, we understand the impact that We are all feeling. We are faced with a new reality and it can be scary.
It is in times like this that we need community more than ever. During self-quarantine and a mandated stay at home order, while maintaining “social distance” between one another, it is important that we work very hard to stay connected virtually. This is not an easy and convenient way to support one another. I encourage you to be honest with friends and family and to share your thoughts here with us in the yoga community. This support will help us to process, and understand.
Our sincere hope to you all, since we have more time alone than usual, is that you might use some of your new discretionary downtime in order to go inward. To continue to practice, reinforcing your self-discipline, to meditate & breathe to gain insight on what is TRULY IMPORTANT to you in your life. WHILE balancing this through virtual ways to reach out and share your love with others, as well as processing.
Practice your asanas regularly, (whatever postures they may be, find your own postures that will helps you to relax), and stay joyful.
Taking the above into consideration, please join us for any of the following live classes schedules below.


AM Sessions

  • Morning Yoga:
    • 9:15 AM on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays
    • 8:00 AM on Saturdays
  • Morning Yoga – Beginner:
    • 9:15 AM on Tuesdays
    • 6 months proficiency of fundamental poses
  • Morning Pilates:
    • 9:15 AM on Saturdays
    • 1 set of weights required, 2-5 pounds

PM Sessions

  • Afternoon Yoga – Core with Weights:
    • 6:30 PM on Mondays
    • 3-5 pound weights required
  • Afternoon Pilates with Weights:
    • 5:00 PM on Thursdays
    • 1 set of weights required, 2-4 pounds
  • Afternoon Restorative Yoga:
    • 6:30 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays
